Magic Power 7 - The Rolling Wave is not easily controlled. It can be difficult to communicate with and insensitive to mortal desires. Notes Little is known about this confounding demon. It has neither a material nor an incorporeal body. Instead, it seems to exist as patterns in other objects: traffic, litter, flocks of birds, and so forth. It also acts through these objects: diverting cars to run over targets, burying them beneath avalanches, swapping their medication for something poisonous, etc. communicate via images on television, voices on the radio, and snippets of overheard conversation. Shamans have initiated contact by mixing up scraps of newspaper text and watching dozens of TV channels at once. However, they don't often like what the Rolling Wave has to say... If it serves a Great Spirit, its allegiance has yet to be deciphered. It hunts down spellbinders of every stripe, as well as seemingly random spirits and even the occasional mundane target. Since it commits its murders through coincidental events, it can kill with impunity. Only the interference of magic-wielders can thwart it. Since the Rolling Wave has no physical body, it has no physical stats. Use its Will score for attacks and its Perception score for defense.
